 Texture Problem

So there's an issue with a texture that I'm going to use for the new prey.
The problem is:
When I want to test the prey, I don't see the texture of it.
I tried of making a new material and changing meshes name.
But they didn't work, the only thing I see is white.
Can someone help me with it?

Hi there!
Make sure that your cd1 contains the material name's(is sensitive case).
For example:


However, there are meshes that uses certain materials by default...I think.

*FIRST Search for Ogre Command Line Tools program in KITO

For this you must modify the .mesh and convert to .material(with OgreXMLConverter), open with notepad.Then in the first parameters it will say something like :

        <submesh material="batMat" usesharedvertices="false" use32bitindexes="false" operationtype="triangle_list">

in the part of: material="batMat"<- change bolded part to the .material you made.

Then, save and drag the .xml saved format to the OgreXMLConverter.exe, then it will give you a new .mesh file that you can use.

Would be useful if you show us some screenshots of what you have done.
