When in object mode press "N" and set the XZY size settings to 1.
Change the size of your model in Edit Mode instead

in object mode with just the mesh selected, hit the "ctrl" and "a" keys to bring up a extra menu. select option "Scale and Rotation to ObData". re-select for exporting and also hit the "update" button on the export panel. export as normal. convert as normal. etc etc.

Go into edit mode and scale up your model, then scale up your armature to match and re-export

You should resize everything only in edit mode, and then export again.
If this doesn't help, try this on the ready mesh and skeleton. Command line command would be like this:
Code:
MeshMagick transform scale=10,10,10 name.mesh
MeshMagick transform scale=10,10,10 name.skeleton
Replace "name" with names of your mesh and skeleton, and "10" with number you want to multiply your current size (after this code your mesh will be 10 times bigger in game).
