 Trouble adding SkyX

hello i already got this from Red eye, but i dont understand the the steps (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4) if someone can help me please, also im not sure if i got the original skyX source if you know where i can get it.

Here is your todo to get SkyX to work:
1. Download SkyX source
2. Unzip it
3. Create a new Visual studio project for SkyX
3.1 Throw all the .cpp and .h files into the project (add existing files)
3.2 The project must include Ogre's include folders and boost's include folder,
3.3 The project must link against Ogre's .lib file and boost's .lib file
3.4 You must set Preprocessor Definitions
4. Compile SkyX
5. Make changes to game project
5.1 Add SkyX include folder
5.2 Add SkyX lib file
5.3 Remove/Comment out all old Sky code in MagixSkyManager.h
5.4 Add in #include's, initialize SkyX
5.5 Set SkyX options like Weather, sun, time of day, wind direction, windspeed, time multiplier, phase of the moon.
5.6 Add SkyX camera tracking to mCamera
6 Compile the game and try it out if you did it right.
